Important Notes

"Please read these precautions carefully. You may only participate in the lesson if you agree to all of the terms."

This is an in-person lesson.​

Those who are feeling unwell, have a fever
(including a slight fever), or have a cough will not be allowed into the classroom.

 

16 or older

Requirements for Guests under 18

  • Parental consent form is required.

  • Pick-up and drop-off by a parent or guardian is required.

Foreign

Foreign Nationals with a Valid Visa

Must be able to follow the rules.

Must strictly follow all Japanese laws.

Must follow the rules and regulations of the facility.

Must agree to and follow our organization's terms, conditions, and these instructions.

Must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the staff.

  • Availability: Please note that we may not be able to accommodate everyone on the same day.​

  • Notification: If you have a companion or an assistant with you, you must specify this in the message section.

  • Children: Participation with children is negotiable.
     

  • Fully booked: If your preferred date is full, we will suggest an alternative date.
     

  • No selection: You cannot select a specific class or staff member (teacher).

  • Email confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
     

  • Troubleshooting: If you do not receive the email, please contact us.
     

  • Response time: Please note that it may take a few days to send the email, and it may arrive late at night.

  • Late arrival & early departure: Permitted. 

  • Cancellations: If you must cancel, you must notify us in advance.
     

  • No-shows: No-shows (canceling without notice) are strictly prohibited.
     

  • Class Level: The trial lesson may take place in a class that does not match your level.
     

  • Proper Placement: After the lesson, our staff will assess your level and place you in the appropriate class.
     

 

Prohibited Acts

The following acts are strictly prohibited:
 

  • Obstruction of operations, violence, or verbal abuse. 

  • Unauthorized filming or recording. 

  • Buying, selling, or solicitation. 

  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, on the premises, and on the street. 

  • Use of fire or bringing dangerous items. 

  • Non-payment of fees. 

  • Nuisance behavior or disturbing the learning environment. 

  • Damage to property.

What to Bring

  • Notebook and writing utensils. 

  • Drinks (especially in summer). 

Parking & Personal Belongings

  • Free Bicycle Parking: Available on the right side of the building.
     

  • Self-responsibility: Please manage your bicycle and belongings at your own risk. We are not responsible for any theft or loss.
     

  • No Lockers: There are no lockers available. Please keep your personal items with you at all times.

 

 

Photography & Social Media Policy

  • Purpose: We take photos for our records and for promotional purposes (SNS, posters, recruitment, etc.).
     

  • Usage after Withdrawal: Photos may continue to be used even after you leave our organization.
     

  • Privacy (Mosaic): If you do not wish to be photographed, we will apply a mosaic/blur effect to your face.
     

  • Requirement to Notify: You must notify us in advance if you do not give permission. Without notification, we will assume you have given your consent.
     

  • Retroactive Policy: This policy applies from the date of notification. Photos taken before your notification will be considered authorized and will not be deleted.

Membership Information

Those who have not participated in a free trial lesson cannot register. Please be sure to participate in a free trial lesson before registering.

・Lesson Booking

Once you complete your free trial, you can join us every week without a reservation. Just drop by the classroom during class hours

(Please note that you will not be able to attend the class if payment is not received.)

 

• Fees

​Cash only

Monthly fee system​.

*Payment for future lessons is due at your next visit after the trial. Ordinarily, payments should be made at the beginning of each month.

Fees are determined by the number of Mondays in the month, excluding public holidays (regardless of your actual attendance):

 2 Mondays: 500 yen

 3 or more Mondays: 1,000 yen

• How to Pay

Please pay your teacher in cash at the beginning of each month.

​・A Membership Card & Receipt will be issued upon your first payment.

 

• Important: * Always present your Membership Card when making a payment.

• No refunds or discounts will be provided for missed lessons.
