・If you split the bill, any amount less than 10 yen will be rounded up, and the remaining amount will be donated to our organization.
・If you cancel for personal reasons, a cancellation fee may be charged.
・If you will be unable to attend on the day, please contact the event organizer immediately. Please pay the cancellation fee at a later date.
- Late arrivals and early departures are permitted, but participation fees will not be discounted or refunded regardless of the time.
- The event may be canceled without notice due to bad weather or venue circumstances.
- Since we make arrangements in between work schedules, the event may not run smoothly due to information delays, miscommunications, or errors. Please be aware of this and apply or participate with a flexible attitude and a warm heart.
- Photos taken at the event may be posted on our organization's website, posters, etc. If you require face blurring or other modifications, please contact us in advance. If we do not receive a notification, we will assume your consent.
