1. Eligibility 

• Age: 16 years of age or older.

2. Lessons & Bookings 

• Format: In-person lessons.

• Trial Lesson: A free trial lesson is available (once). Prior reservation is mandatory. Your booking is complete only after you receive a confirmation email.

• Availability: If your preferred date is full, we will suggest an alternative date.

• Bringing Children Along: We may or may not be able to accommodate lessons with children. please consult us.

3. Attendance & Cancellations 

• Lateness & Early Departure: Allowed. No need to tell us.

• No-shows for trial lessons: Please notify us in advance if you cannot attend.

• If you are unwell (e.g., fever, cough): You will not be permitted to enter. If you have booked a trial lesson and are feeling unwell, please let us know. You can reschedule your appointment for a later date.
